Fusion Jeunesse Moodle Platform
Implementation of a Moodle platform for Fusion Jeunesse, a charitable organization that designs and distributes experiential educational projects in over 750 schools across Canada and France, reaching more than 200,000 youth.
Project completed as IT and software project manager and Web developer at Fusion Jeunesse.
Challenge
Project coordinators needed to distribute their teaching materials and documentation tools to school facilitators across schools. They required a solution allowing them to update project content and progressively unlock information as the school year advanced, while managing dozens of school facilitators.
Solution
Deployment and configuration of a Moodle platform tailored to the organization's structure: a dedicated space per program with progressive content unlocking, distinct roles for school facilitators and project coordinators, and a pedagogical resource organization enabling each team to update content autonomously.
Results
Centralization of all documentation tools for dozens of school facilitators and project coordinators. Progressive content unlocking aligned with the school calendar, ensuring structured support throughout the year.
