La Caisse Extranet Redesign
Complete redesign of La Caisse+, La Caisse's extranet. The project involved revamping depositor transactional processes, digitizing PDF reports into dynamic web pages with Power BI integrations, and developing a serverless API with AWS CDK.

Challenge
La Caisse's depositors relied on an aging portal with a limited experience: complex transactional processes, reports delivered as static PDFs, thousands of PDF documents to migrate and underperforming content, document and news search.
Solution
Technical leadership of the development team for the complete extranet redesign using the company's design system. Revamping and improving transactional processes, digitizing reports into dynamic web pages with Power BI integrations synchronized with internal systems, and developing a serverless API with AWS CDK (API Gateway, Lambda, Node.js). Secured with OIDC and multi-factor authentication via Azure Entra ID, built on Drupal with React and Twig.
Results
Modernized depositor experience with streamlined transactional processes and improved navigation for content, document, news and event browsing. Reports previously delivered as PDFs are now available as dynamic web pages with real-time data through Power BI integrations.
